Usiero separates order preparation from transit. Order preparation takes 0 to 2 business days. Once the order has been dispatched, transit takes 5 to 9 business days.

The shipping cutoff time is 3:00 PM (GMT-5). Orders submitted before the cutoff time are handled according to the applicable same day rule. Orders submitted after the cutoff time are handled on the following business day where applicable.

Order Handling And Tracking

After an order is submitted, processing begins according to the applicable handling timeframe. During preparation, the order is packed and prepared for dispatch.

Once an order has been dispatched, tracking information is provided so that customers can follow shipment progress.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is free. No minimum purchase requirement has been specified for free shipping.

Delivery Delays

If your order does not arrive within the expected 5 to 9 business day transit timeframe after dispatch, please allow an additional 2 business days.

If the order still has not arrived after this additional period, contact customer service so the shipment can be reviewed and assistance can be provided.

Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel an order, contact Usiero as early as possible. Cancellation may be possible before processing or shipping begins.

Once an order is already being prepared or has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. After delivery, the applicable return process must be followed.

Damaged Or Wrong Items

If an order arrives damaged or you receive a different item than expected, contact customer service and provide clear photographs showing the issue. Include photographs of the packaging where relevant, along with relevant order information where appropriate.
