What Payment Method Does Usiero Accept?

Usiero currently accepts PayPal for purchases. Payment is completed during checkout using the available PayPal option.

How Long Does Order Preparation Take?

Orders are prepared within 0 to 2 business days. Orders submitted before 3:00 PM (GMT-5) are handled according to the applicable same day processing rule. Orders submitted after the cutoff time are handled on the following business day where applicable.

How Long Does Shipping Take?

After an order has been prepared and dispatched, transit takes 5 to 9 business days. Preparation time and transit time are separate stages of the shipping process.

Does Usiero Charge For Shipping?

No. Shipping is free according to the current shipping information.

What Should I Do If My Order Is Delayed?

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please allow an additional 2 business days. If it still has not arrived, contact customer service so the shipment can be reviewed.

Can I Cancel My Order?

Contact customer service as early as possible if you need to cancel an order. Cancellation may be possible before processing or shipping begins. Once an order is being prepared or has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. After delivery, the applicable return process must be followed.

How Long Do I Have To Request A Return?

Eligible returns can be requested within 30 days following delivery. Items should remain unused and be returned with their original packaging where applicable. Return requests submitted outside the return period cannot be processed.

Who Pays For Return Shipping?

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once an approved return has been received and reviewed, an eligible refund is issued to the original payment method within up to 7 days.
